To process your application, please ensure the Leasing Office receives all of the items below:
Rental Application (available online; required for every occupant age 18+)
Non-Refundable Application Fee ($20 per person)
Proof of Income (3–4 most recent pay stubs)
Security Deposit (equal to one month’s rent) — required to hold your apartment. This may be submitted at the time of application or upon approval.
You may submit your Application Fee(s) and Security Deposit in one of the following two ways:
Certified Check or Money Order
Make payable to The Loudon House
No personal checks
Application Fee and Security Deposit must be submitted as two separate checks (they cannot be combined into one)
