I genuinely enjoyed living here and had a positive experience during my time as a tenant. The apartment itself was nice and I had no major issues while residing there.
However, my experience changed when I needed to move out. I provided over 90 days notice and even offered to pay three additional months after vacating in order to be released from the lease. Despite this, the unit has remained vacant and I am still being charged rent.
I understand lease obligations, but I expected reasonable efforts to re-rent the apartment or work toward a fair resolution, especially given the advance notice and my willingness to cooperate financially.
I would recommend future tenants make sure they clearly understand the lease termination and re-rental policies before signing.
Have lived here for +2 years, in a 1 Bed with my wife and dog. In short the apartment and complex have been absolutely wonderful. Never had a problem with neighbors or the local management and maintenance is prompt. Chris, the complex manager is one of the nicest people you've ever met. Get ready for some good jumps in rent each year though, well ahead of local competition and even new tenant rates, +5-10%.
I lived here for a year before purchasing my house, we had our ESA dog and our other dog here. It’s safe, quiet, pretty and well maintained. Snow was a little tricky and the ESA got a little push back but other than that I was happy here and recommend it to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment.
I absolutely love this apartment complex! Chris and Kristine are awesome and Kenny and Austin are there when you need something fixed! Things get done quite and efficient. I definitely recommend this place to live at. Only reason we left is to go month to month to buy a house! Quiet are, nice neighbors, and great staff!
