The best apartment I have ever lived in. Dog friendly, Quiet, clean and the management office and maintenance always handle issues immediately. Seriously maintenance crew is the best. They always go above and beyond to fix things. Rent price you get what you pay for. Also the laundry machines have an app you can use instead of quarters, very convenient. Neighbors keep to themselves, no issues. I would live here forever if it wasn't that the commute to my job is far.

I enjoyed my time here. Finding a unit was a bit aggravating at first because they have to many people in the leasing office and you’re always getting a different person. They are kind and helpful but I felt like I needed to repeat myself all the time. Their maintenance staff is ON TOP of their stuff. Receptionist at the maintenance office is kind and the staff are great. I love that they accept pets here and offer many “poop stops” with trash and bags offered, it’s the terrible tenants that don’t pick up after their pets that ruin it for everyone else. I do recommend this place.

Lived in Chelsea Ridge for 2 years. Never had an unpleasant experience. The leasing office is always very polite and extremely helpful. Maintenance is extremely attentive and friendly. Pet friendly, and quiet! Really cannot complain. The salt water pool is wonderful and I used the gym frequently! The only reason I moved out was because I was moving into a house. This was the best apartment experience I’ve ever had, and highly recommend!
