In order to process your application, please be sure that you have submitted ALL of the following items to the Leasing Office:
- Rental Application (Access online applications below; required for every occupant 18+)
- Non-Refundable Application Fee ($20.00 per person)
- Proof of Income (2-4 recent pay stubs)
- Security Deposit (One Month’s Rent) – REQUIRED to hold the apartment for you; maybe submitted at the time of application or approval.
You may submit your Application Fee(s) and Security Deposit in one of the following (2) ways:
- Check or Money Order – Please make payable to Chelsea Ridge. Note: Security Deposits over $600 MUST be paid in certified funds, NO personal checks. *Application Fee & Security Deposit MUST be submitted in (2) separate checks and cannot be accepted in (1) combined check.
- Via Paylease.com – To set up your NEW account, please contact the property you are applying to first to receive your Account Number.
