Outdated, over priced, parking is navigable, but can be scarce.
Visitor parking is always full.
The community sold me out on car tax... I dont live here, but my car is here as a visitor!

Snow removal is a joke - open a lane, but plow you in tight!
And then be rude about it and defend there is no where to put the snow.
(A 5ft pile in front of my rental certainly is a good ace for it).
When there is a fully open spot they could have placed it. I shoveled it all out - they did nothing!

Ashwood Valley is 5 stars. They take care of their property and communicate clearly & timely.

I moved here a couple of months ago from out of state, so I took a big risk with not seeing this place in person! Let me just say my risk paid off... My place is spectacular and the staff in the office made everything so seemless!! There have been a couple of little issues that were addressed immediately, and this is an amazing community to live in! It's very quiet here, so if that's what you are looking for, contact any of the staff at the office, and they will be more than willing to help you out. The maintenance team is also the best I've ever encountered!! I love it here!!!
