I lived here for a year from 2021 to 2022.

*The rent was a bit expensive but I’m used to Boston prices so it felt pretty good. I had a one bedroom which was $1,820 a month.
*You had to pay your water bill through concierge which I thought was weird. And kinda expensive, it was about $30. Which for a water bill? Come on. That was a rip off but a fairly small one.
*The a/c and heat was central air and electric. Barely needed the heat in the winter because it runs warm. The a/c could get really expensive though, it gets hot. Expect like $200 or more for electric bills in the summer easily.
*Internet depends on the plan you choose, I didn’t have issues though and it was quick. $50 ish for me.
*So expect around +$280 on top of rent.
*The layouts vary wildly at this place because there are a lot of designs. Mine was gorgeous though, but pretty much wall to wall carpeting. Hardwood in the dining room/kitchen though. Freshly painted and cleaned upon move in. Lots of windows.
*There are nice amenities too. A small gym that’s nice, and a swimming pool. There’s a nice area to walk within the premise with trees and such. It’s a dog friendly place and the people are good.
*I enjoyed it there a lot. The sound insulation is great there which is rare for apartments honestly. It felt like a lovely place to wake up everyday, warm, and pleasant. Little expensive. Trash had to be walked to the dumpster which kinda sucked. The staff was always responsive and helped fix things or whatever was needed promptly.

Overall I would recommend it if you have the money, since it is a bit pricy.

My husband and I just moved from California.. we reached out maybe a month or less before moving out here. The staff have been truly amazing and very helpful. They went above and beyond helping us with our move. The apartment and community is lovely. I am so glad we chose Ashwood Valley apartments! Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

I've lived in a lot of apartments and this is hands down the best experience I've had. The staff is all super friendly and on top of their game. They allow dogs and keep the grounds very clean. The maintenance men take care of issues promptly and with a smile. Melissa, in the office, is an absolute peach, quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help. My neighbors were overall very pleasant people. And their treadmills are super nice. If you have dogs, you'll love it here.

Melissa made sure that my entire move in process was great and easy . Very friendly area to live and safe for my 10 year old son with kids to play with. Melissa has been amazing and very tentative to any needs or questions that we may have . Maintenance is amazing always there to fix any issues if we ever have any and great with the pets that I have. Great place to live with a family I can’t say enough about how great Melissa and Courtney are as well as the maintenance.

We have been living here since October 2002. Wow. Time flies when we are having fun. We love this place! Location is great. This apartment complex offers a nice and quiet environment. Great for my wife and I to unwind after work. There are lots of open spaces. Our floor plan is spacious and practical. Among the amenities available we enjoy the fitness center the most. Maintenance response is prompt. Work quality is outstanding. Glad to see that management has been investing generously in upgrading the property. Kudos to Dave, Kyle and the rest of the team. Last but not the least we'd like to thank the office staff here. Sandy, Melissa and Courtney are extremely nice and helpful which make our stay most enjoyable.
