I have written a review awhile back about the lawn care. These past few months a new landscapping crew is here. The grounds are looking beautiful and they are very professional. I am so glad Village Park has hired this company. The grounds went from looking like a disaster to being able to sit outside and enjoying the beautiful landscapping now. The grounds look bad again as of May 2026. They do not cut the grass short enough and after one day the grounds look TERRIBLE! I have complained but yes yes, we will check on it. Yes, Yes it still looks terrible. Mother's Day I was extremely upset family came and saw the grass really looked bad. I would think the management would want the grounds to look nice that day! High rent and less and less
fixed projects.

I have been living at Village Park Apartments since May and I must say, anytime we have a maintenance need it is always taken care of. We recently had our shower/plumbing repaired by Steve. He was super efficient, the job was beautifully done and they worked with us as far as scheduling on a day that worked for me. Thank you for a job well done! Thank you Rosa for always working with us when it comes to our apartment needs/ concerns. Highly recommended!
