I had an opportunity to work with Lisa and her Maintenance Team...They went above and beyond for me, I truly can't thank them enough. With my whole heart I would recommend them and their properties.. They make life easy and have great customer care! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

My experience couldn't have been better with my dealings with Van Deene. The property manager Lisa J. was the contact I dealt with and she was fantastic. She was understanding of my needs, quick to find a resolution to my issue, and best thing was followed through with what she said unlike a majority of other larger apartment complexes & property managers.

Hi i lived at there other property coachlight and i can't complaine the management to the maintnance crew are very nice i lived there 2year and a half very friendly i recommend the place it's very clean and quiet i regreat not living there nomore i give them 5stars

I have been living here almost 4 years, I give them a five star rating, they are always for nice and on top of any issue that may arise. (which is very rare) I have always been happy in my apartment and very happy with the office and maintenance staff, they are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend living here to anyone. In fact, I have, currently my friend that I recommend is living in the complex also. 🙂
