The website looks great and appealing however, the pool is a mirage, majority of the time it\u2019s closed due to lack of Lifeguards. Tenants can\u2019t use the conference\/lounge area. Customer Service needs improving, the Corporate office doesn\u2019t respond to letters and\/or complaints.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Since 2018, I have had an excellent experience living at The Reserve at Glenville. The dedicated staff and outstanding property managers, Meghan and Heather, have been incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I moved in. The sense of community is strong, with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend The Reserve at Glenville to anyone seeking an exceptional living experience. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction, the apartments are well-maintained, and the overall environment is friendly and inviting. I am grateful for my time here and plan to continue calling The Reserve at Glenville my home.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Lived here for a year in between places and I could not say better things about the community. The staff from the maintenance workers to the office people are incredibly nice but yet not intrusive in the slightest way. You do feel like you are part of a community here with people that actually care about the residents. The apartments themselves were also nice and clean and everything worked perfectly while we lived here. Having an attached garage was a huge perk and you cannot find that in many apartments. The move out process was also a breeze with a full deposit refund. I would not hesitate to live here again if I were in the area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I got a 1 bedroom apartment here and have met the most down to earth people since living here. There is a very large dog community here, but no dog park. If people parked in their garages, there would be more parking available to others. I haven't had an issue as I park my car in my garage and when I have visitors they park in my driveway. Each apartment comes with a garage, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and in unit washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place as management has been amazing with any issues I have had since staying here. I would recommend a dog park so residents with pets are able to get to know one another in the warmer weather!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
