Ok so, my boyfriend and I lived in 2 separate apartments in this complex over the last 2 years. The first one was freshly remodeled and was absolutely beautiful, the second one was also freshly remodeled but had some minor issues in the beginning but was also great and SO QUIET. However, Megan from management, who is amazing and was always very good to us, and the maintenance crew were excellent and were on point any time any issues arose. The pool and recreational area was always very clean and well kept and a sweet spot to hang out in the summer. For the most part, all the other residents are quiet and respectful (you always have a few bad eggs no matter where you go when you rent). There is a laundry area for every building so you don’t have to go to the laundry mat unless you want to. The only reason we decided to leave once our lease ended was because we were offered a living situation that was too good to pass up, otherwise we would have renewed. Overall, I highly recommend River Park Landings if you’re looking to rent, we had a very positive experience during our time spent living here. I had an emergency maintenance request this past Sunday. I've never had an "emergency" request before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sent it in through the portal at around 8 a.m., problem was fixed by 11 a.m., huge relief. Chris was the maintenance guy called. I fully expected him to be pissed as he was dragged out of his house early Super Bowl Sunday morning, but nothing could be farther from the truth. He had a great attitude and was legitimately happy to help. That goes a long way in my book.

This place is a great place to live. I recently moved out and I can say compared to other apartments in the area the rent is on the low end. The staff, especially Kelsey, are very professional and address concerns promptly. Tommy and the other maintenance workers make needed repairs as quickly as possible. The maintenance team responds to emergency calls even in the middle of the night. There have been multiple upgrades to the property including hallways and the fitness room just to name two. I would recommend River Park Landings to anyone.
