This place is a great place to live. I recently moved out and I can say compared to other apartments in the area the rent is on the low end. The staff, especially Kelsey, are very professional and address concerns promptly. Tommy and the other maintenance workers make needed repairs as quickly as possible. The maintenance team responds to emergency calls even in the middle of the night. There have been multiple upgrades to the property including hallways and the fitness room just to name two. I would recommend River Park Landings to anyone.

I've been living at River Park Landings for almost a year. The staff is outstanding. The office manager, Alisha, has always gone out of her way to help me with questions, paperwork, etc. The maintenance crew, Dana and Jonathan, are great. They've taken the time to help me put in my extra air conditioner, replace blinds, etc. This past winter, we had a weekend that the temperatures dropped into the -20's with the wind chill, I left a message on the emergency maintenance line around 11:00 pm on a Saturday, because I had a heating issue, they returned my call right away and were here within a half hour. They replaced my thermostat, flushed the radiators, even gave me a space heater to use while they fixing it. Jonathan called in the morning and also came over to make sure it was working properly! In the spring, Dana put in a request/work order, and my windows were replaced. They did a great job. After I had surgery, Alisha, Dana and Johnathan offered to help if I needed anything. The pool is always clean, the complex grounds are well kept. In the winter, the parking lots are promptly plowed, and the maintenance crew makes sure the sidewalks and stairs are kept clear and salted. I have really nice neighbors in the building I live in.

I just moved in on Feb 1 2023 and have had the best experience since day 1. Alisha in the office is amazing. She helped me with the application process which was seamless. From start to move in date took only a few weeks. We were helped by Dana the maintenance supervisor and his co worker with future on day 1. We had an issue with a switch and immediately a work order was put in and Steve from maintenance was fantastic. Friendly and engaging. He took care of everything. The laundry and gym are clean and there is a nice pool for the summer. From the experience I have received from the get go, I highly recommend River Park Landings as your next home. 🙂
