Going into 4th year and has been one of the quietest, pleasant and supportive communities to live in close a proximity with others - of our 5 neighbors 4 have been here multiple years<\/p>\n

Maintenance requests and service are friendly, efficient and trustworthy - I want to acknowledge Jeremy who assisted us today and supervisor Brian as well who is very hands on<\/p>\n

Office staff Destiny and Stephanie have always been reachable, professional, friendly, responsive and quick with resolve\/replies - would recommend this community to anyone especially with Pets - over the years Saddleclub has been our home and thank you for your patience and tolerance with us\ud83d\udcaf\u2665\ufe0f\ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

We have lived here for just under a year, we have had our fair share of issues like anywhere but we have had anything fixed that we need. Jeremey is a great maintenance person and has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Shout out to Jeremy the maintenance tech!! Fixed our dishwasher and several problems quickly and extremely professional good job saddle club and we appreciate all help by staff.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I saw some pretty bad reviews on here about Saddle Club and I was worried. When we went to check it out, we fell in love with the place! It truly felt like home. The place we got was nice and spacious. I also loved that we could have a pet (for a fee) and pay monthly to rent a washer and dryer. Whenever we needed anything done, maintenance was always right on it! The office staff members were incredibly helpful and sweet. The only thing I would change about the place, if given the opportunity, would be to have an on-call security guard or something. I also like that they had quiet hours because it kept from people getting really out of hand. Generally the people who tend to complain about Saddle Club are most likely people who didn't pay their rent on time or were most likely evicted. If you pay your rent and are a good tenant, you generally don't have much to complain about at Saddle Club. We recently moved down south for me to attend graduate school but, we have already decided that if we move back to Upstate, New York we will be looking at returning to Saddle Club (hopefully the same house number too). We loved it there! Keep up the great work Saddle Club!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Saddle Club is easily the best place to rent from in the Syracuse area. We have had nothing but positive experiences from the first day we inquired about the townhomes. Management is very kind and accommodating. Given the quality of the townhomes and the amenities (basement with washer dryer hookup is a HUGE plus), the rent is fair and reasonable and did not skyrocket on us year over year. Maintenance is always working on something and are quick to respond if you need them. The grounds are well-kept which is a plus when family and friends come to visit.<\/p>\n

I wanted to thank Saddle Club for giving us such a great experience, especially after a few poor experiences we've had with other renting companies in the area. This place has been a breath of fresh air. It's worth getting on the waiting list!<\/p>\n

Side note - someone please give Stephanie a raise! She has been amazing and we couldn't be more grateful for her help and kindness throughout our time here.<\/p>\n
