We moved in about a month ago and it's been great! The leasing office is super helpful: Geraldine is responsive and caring. When our microwave broke late one evening, maintenance installed a new one the next day before noon. The pool is really nice too, and they provide a pretty large range of hours

So far the staff has been excellent just moved in on June of 23 and we had some minor issues like a door not closing and the shower not being fully sealed. I brought the issue to the staff and they handled it in a few hours as we were running errands. Very please so far of this apartment. Thank you staff for all the help and with all our questions.

I had an apartment tour here with Samantha a couple weeks ago and though I didn’t lease with Dawn Homes, Samantha was a delight and I absolutely recommend people to work with her. She’s very knowledgeable and helps you no matter what your situation is. Anyone who has had a different experience with her obviously didn’t treat her with the respect she deserves and was repaid in kind.
