I had the pleasure of speaking with James on a recent open house on a Saturday. He is a breath of fresh air for your Apts. I appreciated his honesty and his People skills are terrific. I would have rented from him if there was a unit open with a washer/dryer. Prices here are reasonable compared to many I've looked at.

Older buildings with occasional need for repairs. Laundry rooms unusable at times. Many machines dont work. Thin walls so hear neighbors. Pool is nice.

We moved in about a month ago and it's been great! The leasing office is super helpful: Geraldine is responsive and caring. When our microwave broke late one evening, maintenance installed a new one the next day before noon. The pool is really nice too, and they provide a pretty large range of hours
