We moved in about a month ago and it's been great! The leasing office is super helpful: Geraldine is responsive and caring. When our microwave broke late one evening, maintenance installed a new one the next day before noon. The pool is really nice too, and they provide a pretty large range of hours

I had an apartment tour here with Samantha a couple weeks ago and though I didn’t lease with Dawn Homes, Samantha was a delight and I absolutely recommend people to work with her. She’s very knowledgeable and helps you no matter what your situation is. Anyone who has had a different experience with her obviously didn’t treat her with the respect she deserves and was repaid in kind.

Been living here for over a year (Niskayuna buildings), and I'd say its one of the more pleasurable apartment complexes I've lived in. Very spacious, rent is competitive to the area, and service requests are always handled quickly. I also get fast feedback when I have a question or concern to the main office. I do like the care they put into the general appearance and cleanliness of the grounds. I personally don't use the pool, but there I always see a lifeguard on the way to work after lunch during the season. Sure, sometimes you get certain neighbors having occasionally loud gettogethers or kids being kids, but that comes with any apartment living. Overall, happy living here.
