I would have rented from him if there was a unit open with a washer/dryer. Prices here are reasonable compared to many I've looked at.

We moved in about a month ago and it's been great! The leasing office is super helpful: Geraldine is responsive and caring. When our microwave broke late one evening, maintenance installed a new one the next day before noon. The pool is really nice too, and they provide a pretty large range of hours
