I’ve lived here since August 2024. The management is a little lax on getting things done in a timely manner, but everyone is very kind. Seeing the reviews on this complex is very confusing. Maybe I got lucky, but I’ve had a very pleasant experience living here. My apartment is beautiful, my neighbors are wonderful and kind, most importantly I feel so safe here. I’m glad I took a chance even after seeing these reviews.

Living out Loudon Arms has been a fantastic experience from day 1. Never in my life have I encountered a more kind and professional staff, who worked with me on every single detail to help me find a new home. Rebecca and Tristan in the office were super helpful and friendly, and even since moving in a few months ago they have been great.

The maintenance staff is also very responsive and always come when there is an issue, which is something I did not experience in my last apartment. I would recommend Loudon arms to anyone looking for a nice, affordable home.
