It's a little bit pricey but It's a great place to live. I have been living here with my family for almost 2 years now and they have been amazing. I never had any problems that they have not been able to solve, and you should not have any issues as long as you follow the rules of the complex. There is a running trail really close by to exercise, they have a sauna and a pool, the gym is not the greatest to be honest but hey it's included. At the beginning I had some issues with the Internet but they were able to solve it, every time I had any problems with anything they have been very helpful in assisting me, even when I reported something my allergy detector was measuring they made sure to test it and got the whole thing checked out. Overall I have no complaints.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I really enjoy living here. The problem is now with electric rates so high and my apartment having electric heat. My utility bill this past winter was $400 to over $500 a month. Even now during more moderate weather it's over $150 a month. Every time my lease is renued my rent goes up. Usually more than that the inflation rate. I'm hoping that some relief comes and I can continue to live here because despite the financial issues it's a nice place to live. I've never had a major issue with maintenance or the office. I wish they would retro fit the electric apartments with heat pumps or ductless heating without raising the rental rates.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
