My Uncle lives here. He believes he is the oldest renter that's been there since the 1970's. He adores the office staff, especially Precious! They are very accommodating to him and treat him with the utmost respect..<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I want to thank Kayla and the rest of the staff, office and maintenance, for the very positive experience I had at Harborside Manor the past year. My apartment was awesome, it had been recently redone and was beautiful and spotless. The hallways sidewalks and other common areas are always clean. I was very impressed with how fast the snow was removed : ). The few maintenance calls i made were answered and taken care of very promptly. The location of the apartment complex is what attracted me to Harborside Manor originally and it was awesome to be able to walk into the village every day and over to Heids, the lake, the Retreat etc. I have now moved out of the area. I highly recommend Harborside Manor to anyone looking for an apartment in Liverpool.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

My fiance and i lived there for a year and we absolutely loved it. The whole staff was always friendly and eager to help especially the girls in the office. Any questions or concerns they would take care of right away. We loved having the gym on the grounds and the pool was an added bonus and it was always clean. I have recommended harbor side to numerous friends of ours who are looking for a nice clean place to live. keep up the good work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The staff is amazing. The only reason we moved is for more space, the apartments are nice and extremely clean, just a little on the small side. We only had one maintenance issue in the year we lived there, it was taken care of next day. Maintenance staff is also extremely friendly. It's also super easy to communicate with staff, I just sent emails most of the time, they are very responsive. Only used the pool a couple of times, but it's nice. Some of our neighbors were a little iffy, but never had any issues. Heat and hot water are included and they have energy efficient windows and AC units, so very low electric bill. If they had two bedroom, two bath units I would seriously move back.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
