Well I've been at Braeside for 8+ years. There was an issue with tenants allowing their dogs off leash in the courtyard area but the main abusers have since moved so problem solved. There's been a turnover in maintenance and snow removal this past winter wasn't as good as in the past, hopefully that will improve, time will tell. Overall neighbors are nice and it's quiet and peaceful.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I have lived here for a little over two years and I've enjoyed it immensely. It is so \"homey\" here and the apartments are beautiful and comfortable and, as an added bonus, Marcellus Park is literally right next door and that includes the lovely Nine Mile Creek. It's peaceful here and everyone is friendly. The staff is terrific!
\nThis complex also allows cats and dogs which is becoming quite rare.
\nRent includes all services and utilities except for electric and I especially relish the free heat, considering the famous New York winters. What's not to like?<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

We love it here! We are very pleased with the process of moving into Braeside. Jordan, the apartment manager, did an exceptional job of getting us into the apartment and explaining everything to us. The apartment had all new flooring and a new paint job before we moved in. It was also professionally cleaned. We needed a couple things fixed and it was done the very next day thanks to Randy. The neighbors are quiet here and its in the perfect setting. Braeside is walking distance to the village yet right next to a great scenic park to walk and enjoy. This is a great place to live!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
