Well I've been at Braeside for 8+ years. There was an issue with tenants allowing their dogs off leash in the courtyard area but the main abusers have since moved so problem solved. There's been a turnover in maintenance and snow removal this past winter wasn't as good as in the past, hopefully that will improve, time will tell. Overall neighbors are nice and it's quiet and peaceful.

I have lived here for a little over two years and I've enjoyed it immensely. It is so "homey" here and the apartments are beautiful and comfortable and, as an added bonus, Marcellus Park is literally right next door and that includes the lovely Nine Mile Creek. It's peaceful here and everyone is friendly. The staff is terrific!
This complex also allows cats and dogs which is becoming quite rare.
Rent includes all services and utilities except for electric and I especially relish the free heat, considering the famous New York winters. What's not to like?

I lived here for one year and would have stayed longer if I didn't have to move for work. This place is great! Residents are very friendly, right next to the park (with a walking path connecting), and plenty of parking. Maintenance is very responsive and fixed all my tickets on the same day (often within 2-3 hours) of me calling. Both Chanel and Jordanne provided prompt and clear communication from the leasing office. Great complex!

I've been here four months now and I'm in love with the place. The grounds and buildings are clean and the neighbourhood is beautiful. The rent may seem high compared to other local options ($800+ for a deluxe 1 bedroom), but with everything that's included in rent (heat, water, trash, cable tv and internet,) I'm saving more than when I rented a place in Syracuse for $600.

I've called office for a number of minor issues and someone is out to address the problem within a day. I've worked in maintenance for years and that kind of turn around in Apartment maintenance is unheard of around here. The one time I had a semi-major issue was 4am and they had a staff member call me back within 15 minutes to talk about the problem and were on their way to take care of things while I was at work (I work very early).

Chanel, the woman in the office, is always kind, pleasant, and on top of things. And the maintenance staff is just as amazing, too! I've dealt mostly with the Maintenance Supervisor, Dan, but the rest of the guys are just as great. I really don't have a single complaint about renting here.
