I've had the pleasure of living at Forrest Pointe Apartments on two separate occasions, totaling 9 years in this community. The fact that I chose to return to Forrest Pointe when I moved back to the Capital Region speaks volumes about the quality of management and maintenance here.<\/p>\n

I've worked with a few property managers during my time at Forrest Pointe, and the community is truly lucky to have Shannon Walker. Not only is Shannon always accessible, but you'll regularly see her walking the property, speaking with residents, and making sure everything is running smoothly. Her hands-on approach and genuine involvement in the community set her apart.<\/p>\n

The maintenance team truly makes maintenance-free living a reality. No matter the size of the issue, they usually have everything resolved within the same business day. What impresses me most is their communication - they always keep me informed about when they'll arrive, what the issue is, how they plan to resolve it, and notify me once the work is complete.
\nTheir courtesy and professionalism are consistently outstanding.<\/p>\n

The Dawn Homes team at Forrest Pointe has earned my trust and loyalty over nearly a decade. When you find a place this well-managed with such a dedicated team, you don't want to live anywhere else. I highly recommend Forrest Pointe to anyone looking for an apartment community in East Greenbush.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I had an incredible experience staying at Forest Point Apartments in Greenbush. A big reason for that is Shannon Walker, the property manager, who is extremely supportive and always approachable. She makes sure every request is handled quickly, keeps tenants updated, and follows through until everything is done smoothly. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents truly made my time here outstanding.<\/p>\n

The apartments are well-maintained with a great community, and the maintenance team is prompt and reliable. I never faced any issues and this has truly been one of the best communities and I strongly recommend Forest Point Apartments.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I've been here 6 years and I'm moving to another state. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. Huge kitchen with lots of storage and counter space.
\nMaintenance has always been prompt and pleasant and they keep things nice. They work hard to keep the stairs, sidewalks and parking lot safe when there is ice or snow, and I appreciate that.
\nThe office staff has always been helpful too, especially with negotiating lease renewals.
\nI've felt safe here. No problems with noise, crime, or packages. I have almost no noise from neighbors -- can't hear one side at all, and no conversations, TV or music noises. The walls seem thick, and my apartment is very quiet. I don't hear my neighbors washers or dishwashers or using water in the bathroom. I sleep well.
\nNo problems with bugs, smells or trash. Lots of water pressure. Plenty of parking. I had a garage for a while, but the parking lot is fine too.
\nJust a very comfortable apartment. Not fancy, but everything works, and they promptly replace anything that breaks.
\nI love that I can walk to the Empire State trail.
\nI had bad experiences with 2 North Greenbush complexes, and I'm so glad I got into Forrest Pointe in East Greenbush. They started allowing dogs a few years ago, and I worried about barking, but I haven't had any problems.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Leasing office was very efficient and professional working with us every step of the way. A lot of other places seem to make the apartment search much more difficult but with Forrest Pointe it was 1,2,3. We have yet to move in so I can't speak for the actual apartments but as for the people, it feels like someone is there to help!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I have been working with Kelsey and Stefanie for my apartment leasing and they have truly been wonderful! Any question we have had they have answered quickly. They have put my mind at ease as we get ready to move to Forrest Pointe.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
