I have lived here since November of 2022. I was kind of nervous do to a previous bad experience with apartment hunting but it's not a bad place to live. It's quiet and the people are friendly. The maintenance guys are always ready to help you out and the office staff is quick to respond to issues. I love hearing the birds instead of sirens and gun fire through out the day.

Jessica the property manager was extremely helpful! Through the entire application process and everything that was necessary after our application acceptance! Responded to emails fast! Made the whole experience less overwhelming! She was awesome!

I have lived in Fayetteville Pines for 5 years, and I have enjoyed living there! I actually found them on a whim, while searching the internet for apts with washers/dryers, and I'm so glad I decided to move there. Management is responsive and helpful when you contact them. Tim and Daniel the maintenance men are great, and will respond quickly when you need something repaired. The property is well-groomed and clean. My neighbors are friendly, and it's a peaceful property. The only complaint I have is I wish they had stainless steel appliances. Overall, it's been an excellent experience!

My boyfriend lived here, along with the squirrels in the walls. I believe new owners have taken over and changed some things. They got rid of the pool, the residents aren't allowed to grill outside and the rents went through a hike. For the amount of rent he was paying to live in a townhouse with his brother you could buy a house and have cheaper mortgage... so that's what we did, and left the squirrels there.

Any concerns or problems have been quickly addressed and resolved with as little inconvenience as possible for me, phone calls to the office or maintenance are answered and addressed with a friendly and timely response.
