We lived in a ground-floor apartment at Enclave 50 for one year. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The apartments are clean and well-maintained. We definitely appreciated having gas cooking and tiled bathtubs. The community is very quiet with plenty of parking. We met some really nice folks and lots of dog owners. Brian, the property maintenance manager, is very kind and efficient \u2013 anything you need, he responds immediately. Snow removal was quick and effective. The leasing managers, MaryBeth and Chris are fantastic. They are both very responsive to your requests, very cordial, and they really work well together to ensure that your living experience is satisfactory. The only issue we had was that the floors were not well-insulated because we heard practically every sound from the upstairs tenant. No fault of the management team. It\u2019s the unfortunate reality of modern-day construction and apartment living. Enclave 50 is ideally situated on Rt.50 - 2 minutes to a Valero, 3 minutes to Hannaford\u2019s, 5 minutes to downtown Ballston Spa, 7 minutes (w\/o traffic) to the Northway and Malta, and 20 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. There are also some great parks nearby like Shenantaha Creek Park that are worth visiting. Overall, our time at Enclave 50 was very positive. Our time there was well-spent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Leasing Consultants Chris and MaryBeth have been nothing short of amazing from the beginning of applying for an apartment. Through my stay here at Enclave50, they are consistently quick to respond back and following up to any of your questions and always finding a solution to any concern, they are so friendly, and accommodating. They truly are a pleasure to deal with and I can tell they really care about their tenants needs along with all those interested looking to live in these beautiful apartments! They go above and beyond and it\u2019s always a positive interaction which is so refreshing! I highly recommend living in the Enclave 50 community because of the wonderful leasing agents, peaceful atmosphere, and the units that are designed so beautifully!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

We absolutely love it here. We love our apartment and the ease that comes with apartment living. We had an issue that we needed to communicate with Patti about on multiple occasions. Each time we were met with Grace, patience and understanding to resolve the issue so both parties have a pleasant experience. We have lived in many apartments and Enclave 50 is by far the best when it comes to property management. Thank you<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I enjoy living here and have not had any complaints. Any maintenance requests I have had have been handled incredibly quickly. Management is also very quick to respond to messages and the grounds are not crowded when I'm out to walk my dog. Ground floor apartment living means that you will hear life going on above you but it's not offensive in any way and comes with the territory. Highly recommend!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
