I recently signed my third lease agreement to continue living in my Elmwood Court apartment. The car port was a major factor in why I chose this location as was the close proximity to the 590 & I've been happily surprised by other things along the way: the property management team is very responsive & helpful (a special shout out to Elaine for her recent help with some updates); the maintenance crew has helped me immensely with projects within my apartment; the neighbors are friendly but give you your privacy. I really love my one bedroom apartment & look forward to more years here at Elmwood Court.

Came into the rental office to inquire about future residency. I was greeted to excellent care by Ellaine who was very helpful. She had all the answers to my questions about finding a place there. Looking forward to moving in within the near future and dropping a second review.
