Just signed our third lease renewal. I love it here. Quiet, peaceful. Maintenance always responsive. Unlike my last place, you don't hear neighbors through the walls, or have your place shaking from neighbors walking through their homes. Kids around here don't appear to cause any trouble, and my home doesn't smell like weed from neighbors smoking 24/7. Yes they raise the rent every year, but so does everywhere, and not unreasonably so. I was disappointed when they closed down the pool, but I understand why. Central air doesn't work very well on the upper floors in summer is my biggest complaint, but I make do.

Edit: I have to correct my comment on maintenance and the office staff. They are AMAZING! I discovered my basement partially flooded this morning and Stephanie had maintenance at my door in minutes. It ended up being my water heater, and it needed to be replaced. Within HOURS it was replaced and working again. Then, later this evening, another flood showed up and it was the AC unit leaking. Again, maintenance was here within 30 minutes, even though it was 7 at night. Turned out it was a simple clog in the drainage spigot. But they even soaked up the water before leaving. These people are awesome!

My family and I lived for two years here. We enjoyed every single day of being part of this quiet and safe community. Countless aspects to consider living there, the manager Crystal, is an approachable and eager person to resolve issues, the maintenance guys were always very responsive and respectful, plenty of space and privacy. If you value a quiet&safe community, and you can afford it, you might consider this place as your next home. Thanks Eagles Pointe Management Team.

My wife, my two dogs, and I have lived at Eagles Pointe for a year and a half. We absolutely love everything about the community. It's quiet, safe, and overall a great place to call home. Neighbors are respectful and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. I would recommend Eagles Pointe to anyone I know!

LOVE Eagles Pointe! Everything about living here has been a great and stress free experience. Crystal has always taken care of us and the maintenance staff is professional and responsive to any needs we have. Great location near Wegmans and Onondaga lake park which makes it a very convenient place to live.
