In order to process your application, please be sure that you have submitted ALL of the following items to the Leasing Office:
- Rental Application (Access online applications below; required for every occupant 18+)
- Non-Refundable Application Fee ($20.00 per person) & Admin Fee $0
- Proof of Income (3-4 recent pay stubs)
- Security Deposit (Equal to one month’s rent) – REQUIRED to hold apartment for you; may be submitted at time of application or approval.
- Storage fee: Buildings 3-10 sublevel apartments (4 total in each building) receive 1 free smaller style storage unit. Additional storage available for rent -small style $10/mo.
- Utilities included: water, sewer, snow & trash removal. Late fee: $30
- Other parking: parking lot
You may submit your Application Fee(s) and Security Deposit in one of the following (2) ways:
- Certified Check or Money Order – Please make payable to Candlewood Gardens Apartments; NO personal checks. *Application Fee & Security Deposit MUST be submitted in (2) separate checks and cannot be accepted in (1) combined check.
- Via Paylease.com – To set up your NEW account, please contact the property you are applying to first to receive your Account Number.
