Outdated, over priced, parking is navigable, but can be scarce.
\nVisitor parking is always full.
\nThe community sold me out on car tax... I dont live here, but my car is here as a visitor!<\/p>\n

Snow removal is a joke - open a lane, but plow you in tight!
\nAnd then be rude about it and defend there is no where to put the snow.
\n(A 5ft pile in front of my rental certainly is a good ace for it).
\nWhen there is a fully open spot they could have placed it. I shoveled it all out - they did nothing!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

So i haven\u2019t technically moved in yet but i can tell you that the staff is very responsive and professional up to this point. The application process was very simple and any questions that i have, they\u2019re quick to respond. Not to mention, when i toured the facility, it was extremely clean and well kept. I\u2019m excited to move in.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Ashwood Valley is 5 stars. They take care of their property and communicate clearly & timely.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I moved here a couple of months ago from out of state, so I took a big risk with not seeing this place in person! Let me just say my risk paid off... My place is spectacular and the staff in the office made everything so seemless!! There have been a couple of little issues that were addressed immediately, and this is an amazing community to live in! It's very quiet here, so if that's what you are looking for, contact any of the staff at the office, and they will be more than willing to help you out. The maintenance team is also the best I've ever encountered!! I love it here!!!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
